Delta Telecom Internet

I had the internet for 10 months, in Jardim Sumaré in Maringá-PR, in addition to being without internet in the condominium countless times, and they ALWAYS claim that the cables were stolen, the internet is bad, my apartment was 52m² and the modem signal It didn't reach the room... I complained and there was no response, even so I continued with the internet, as it was the only one available in the neighborhood when I moved. Now I'm moving out of state and I had to cancel, there are 2 MONTHS left until the end of the 12 month contract, they informed my husband that he would pay a proportional fine and the rest of the days used, no amount was given, they said it would come in the email, I thought let's pay the monthly fee 99.90 and another 50 to 80 fine... I waited a few days, nothing, I went there to take the modem, they said they would send the bill, they didn't, I sent a message on WhatsApp and FINALLY I received the amount... Guys, it cost 240 reais just for the fine!!!!!! It would have been cheaper for me to have spent another 2 months with the internet even though I had left the apartment there when I handed over the apartment. And as if that wasn't enough, they don't even look for the modem, I had to go to the other side of the city to deliver it. All in all, a bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
